A True Mom n' Pop Shop
In 2019 our family came together to start the Edgewood Eatery as a family project. One day we found a small restaurant that was for sale; we immediately contacted Zach to see if he was ready to begin a restaurant with the family. With an enthusiastic "yes!", he left his Ridgefield, Connecticut restaurant to relocate to Vero Beach, Florida. Within a few weeks of the purchase, our family was able to open the restaurant to the public and a few months later, cousin Joe joined the team!
Three years and a pandemic later, we won The Best All-Round Restaurant in the Treasure Coast for 2022!
